Permission to Attend a Boy Scout Outing

This serves as consent for my Scout

with Troop 73, Boy Scouts of America. I realize that photos may be taken of my child and give consent

for their use, without compensation, in promoting Troop 73 and the Boy Scouts of America. I also give

consent for a physician to treat my child in the unlikely event medical treatment should be deemed necessary.

Please note that electronic items (cell phones, CD players, radios, video games, etc.) may be brought

AT YOUR OWN RISK.  They may be used ONLY ON THE DRIVE TO AND FROM THE OUTING and

only if the driver allows it.  Using web-enabled devices to connect to the Internet is forbidden at all times

on outings.  Electronic items are to be left in the vehicle during the outing, or left at home.
